Joy and her staff are amazing! I have swore by her massages for years but now- this is incredible. I attended one of my regular massages but added the cryotherapy and the infrared pod first! And it was incredible. I had questions about both new experiences and some worries about cryo like- Can I get locked in? Will I pass out? Joy answered everything and put my concerns of high importance until I felt safe. I stayed in the cold three whole brave minutes! It was cold! It was better than I thought! Following that up with the heat was brilliant (joys suggested order) and I found that to be incredibly relaxing. I waited in the relaxing space when I was done and peeked into the salt cave, it’s stunning- I can’t wait to try that next time. Followed up with the quiet and peaceful massage space it was a wonderful first experience. I recommend all of it and if you are brave stay longer than three minutes! It goes fast in there!!

John gave me the best most healing massage I have ever had. I have severe spinal issues and chronic pain and I feel better now than I have in years thanks to John's warm, healing touch. He is intuitive and knew exactly what areas to work on and how much pressure to apply. I will definitely recommend him to other's and I will be back as soon as I can.

This was my second head spa appointment and I’m officially hooked! The whole experience is so relaxing—I seriously felt all the tension just melt away. It’s the kind of treatment where you don’t even realize how much you needed it until you’re in the chair. I already booked my next one because it’s become my little self-care ritual. Highly recommend if you want to feel totally refreshed and pampered!

My girlfriend and I paid our first visit to this lovely place today and we cannot be more satisfied! For my birthday I was surprised with a salt cave session and a 60 minute couples massage and I must we are both on cloud 9! Sam and Zack were our masseuse's and they were wonderful from the moment we walked in. Will be back, 10/10, this place is awesome, thanks a million 🥹

Amazing experience at Nolla Wellness with John! The place itself feels incredibly calm and relaxing -- I had a good feeling about it from the minute I walked inside. John was amazing - he immediately put me at ease with his friendly, warm style. His intuition during the massage about pressure, timing and where to spend attention was spot-on. I feel amazing, and I will absolutely be back.

I have been coming to Nolla/Joy for almost 8 years for massages. However, I recently experienced the Japanese Head Spa and my gosh! I’m in love. The whole experience was deeply relaxing and sensory-enjoyable. This will have to be a new staple for me. FYI: As a curly girl, I brought my own comb but one is provided for post-experience detangling.

I go to John every month or so for a 60min deep tissue massage as I have a physically demanding job. That man EARNS his paycheck. The massage itself is exactly what I need Everytime! Always gives good advice for stretches I can do at home too. John is very personable, respectful, and really just knows what he's doing. The process to sign up, check in, and pay are all very simple. I look forward to my next appointment!

This was my first time at Nolla and I booked the deluxe head spa treatment with Elizeth and it was one of the most relaxing things I’ve ever experienced. She was incredibly warm and personable and made me feel so comfortable even after I expressed discontent with my hair and scalp health. I left feeling amazingly refreshed and light, I will absolutely be back and recommending to all my friends.

I booked a 2 hour massage with Shannon P. She was so attentive to my concerns and adjusted how she massaged for my needs. The whole experience felt so comfortable that I fell asleep. There’s music and dim warm lighting that really soothes you. I highly recommend this spa to anyone who suffers from chronic pain and from stress tension. I will be booking again and again because it was so amazing!

I had the most incredible massage experience at Nolla Wellness! It began by John, the therapist, listening to what I do for work, and what my body was telling me wasn’t working. He then left the room while I got ready and under the sheet and blanket. To my delight, the bed had a warmer and was so nice and comfy. John pretty quickly found my trouble spots and communicated about the amount of pressure needed to release those areas. John’s hands add a spiritual realm to the massage. So much warmth and good energy radiate from his hands. I’ve had a lot of massages in my life, but this one tops them all!
